David was right on time for the booking and gave us great advice. He took the time to go through the reports in detail and ensured we understood all the weights that were taken on the day with follow up reports also sent through explaining the weights and things we could do to improve or lose weight overall or individually. Had a great experience today with DwnUnder Weighing. David was extremely helpful and informative with every aspect of the weigh in.  Even in 40 deg temps, he was polite and happy to answer all our questions and offered very professional advice.  It was extremely easy to book in, communication was great, emails and phone calls left us in no doubt we would be looked after. Great meeting Dave and Tasmin. Dave knew his stuff and confirmed my fears showing me how we were overweight with the car and caravan.
He took the time to explain the issues and then emailed me a comprehensive report. I've now booked the Triton into Pedders Ballarat for a suspension upgrade.

I found David to be punctual , courteous and very knowledgeable . Dave & Taz were super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dave certainly knew his stuff. After having the van weighed  we felt far more confident on how to distribute the weight and what we could place in van and car.
